The membership of the CDP Network comprises the projects funded under the programme and is facilitated by Community Work Ireland.
Peer Learning & Support
The CDP Network provides a space for peer learning and support. Members share experiences of what works and regularly exchange ideas and resources.
Focus on Community Work
The CDP Network helps to maintain a focus on community work as the strategic underpinning of the work of all the projects. The CDP Network holds regular Reflective Practice opportunities to reflect on the work.
Joint Training & Upskilling
The CDP Network identifies areas for joint training and upskilling. Features so far are training in the use of the Public Sector Duty, Mediation & Conflict Skills training and an Introduction to Climate Justice.
Communitu Work Ireland also deliver a four-session Introduction to Community Work programme for members of the CDP teams – staff, Board members and volunteers.yy
